Can my non-Bruce mates come?

Hell yes! We’ve had amazing feedback from the non-Springsteen fans in attendance – and they keep coming back for more.

Tickets

Your event is listed as sold out, are there any spares?

We will post on our social platforms if we are able to release any tickets on the door on the night. This is rare, so we suggest buying in advance or checking on the Facebook event pages to see if others are selling tickets.

I can’t find my ticket on my email.

Please log in to your Design My Night account, where you can download your ticket. If you are having problems, please email support@designmynight.com.

I can no longer make an event that has been rearranged.

You can claim a refund for a rearranged date that you cannot make up to 30 days after the rearrangement date is announced.

I can no longer make a night, can you refund my ticket or transfer it to another event?

Sorry, as per our terms and conditions, tickets are non-transferable to other events and non-refundable.

I’ve bought tickets but can’t make it, can I sell them on?

You can – we suggest posting about your tickets on the relevant Facebook event page. This is permitted on the understanding that any transfer of sale is at your own risk.

One of my friends can’t make the night - is it OK to give their ticket to someone else or do I need to change the name?

It’s fine for someone to use a ticket that doesn’t have their name on. As with selling tickets, this is permitted on the understanding that any transfer of sale is at your own risk.
